We organise everything through our online community space (Discord).

What is this?

The Maastricht RPG Collective in short

Maastricht RPG Collective is a local community for tabletop roleplaying games. It exists to help people find each other, share tables, and keep games running in and around Maastricht.

The collective is a space where members can propose games, run sessions, organise events, and start projects together.

Who this is for

Who can join

Anyone who is curious about tabletop RPGs and treats others with respect is welcome here.

New to RPGs

First-time players

You have never played a tabletop RPG, or only once or twice. You want clear explanations and no expectation to act or perform.

Curious players

Trying something different

You know a bit about RPGs or actual-play shows and would like to try a session without a long commitment or a steep learning curve.

Experienced folks

GMs and regular players

You already play or run games and are interested in exploring different systems, co-organising campaigns, or helping new people find their first tables.

How it works

Simple steps to get involved

You can start small, look around, and decide how actively you want to take part.

Step 1

Join the online space

Join our Discord server to see announcements, open tables, and discussion channels. You can stay quiet at first and just read along if you prefer.

Step 2

Find or offer a game

Browse upcoming sessions or share an idea for a game you would like to run or play. We make it clear what a game is about, how long it runs, and who it is aimed at.

Step 3

Play and iterate

After sessions we collect feedback, adjust formats, and refine how we organise things. The structure of the collective evolves based on what members need and try out.

How we play together

Community expectations

We aim to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. We use clear expectations and safety tools, and we do not accept harassment or discriminatory behaviour. Full details are in our Code of Conduct.

We use English for general communication, but tables may choose any shared language.

If you’d like to take part, you are welcome to join our community space.
